VendorElite is a true real-time, logic-based and secure order processing system with the power to turn order-takers into effective salespeople. Ideal for manufacturers or importers with multiple agencies and/or sales reps, it features order capture, centralized product/customer management, order validation against changed customer or product information, electronic transmission of data to and from sales representatives and much more.

VendorElite spans the entire sales process, including order capture, customer management, paperless order processing, electronic data transmission to and from sales reps, and analysis/reporting. Sales orders can be entered directly into the system by telemarketers, customer service representatives at the corporate office or remotely by sales representatives using a laptop, desktop PC or approved Pocket PC platform.

As you receive new sales information from your sales force, it will be integrated into your database, giving you an unprecedented level of in-depth analysis and reporting capabilities. Additionally, you’ll have a convenient module to print product bar code labels as well as customer mailing labels.

All data is processed, then backed up, through our secure servers in Denver, Colorado, and can also be stored securely with the backup service of your choice.
