COMMISSION PROCESSING & TRACKING

Automate commission tracking and payments and make day-to-day tasks easier for your back office teams. Calculate commission percentages based on the rules set up for each supplier and sales rep.

FORECASTING

Rules may be setup based on what is anticipated to be received by suppliers to apply commissions against orders for forecasting purposes, allowing you to plan ahead and stay organized.

COMPLEX COMMISSION RULES

Advanced commission rule settings may be used to auto-apply commission splits for sales reps. These rules are based on: order type (road or show), by a specific sales location (Atlanta Gift Show, NY Toy Show, etc.), or by the supplier on the order.

REPORTING

Track orders that haven’t been shipped or paid, monitor retailer credit and create reports on booked vs. shipped by agency, division, rep, customer or supplier.

SALES REP INCENTIVES

Commission rules based on date ranges and/or suppliers can be setup to create special commission incentives for sales reps that reward them for selling specific product throughout the year.

TRACKING FOR REPS

Invoices and commission tracking for sales reps is baked right into their sales order management software, Play for PC or iPad – no need to log into Reward. As they go, reps can keep track of their own commissions coming from each  order.
Reward is integrated with Brandwise Play and Reach sales data to apply invoices and commissions. Track open orders and invoices for your suppliers. Manage territory and division rules to determine the data each sales rep has access to in their Play applications.
Overriding commission rules is necessary sometimes. With Reward, commission payers can override those rules at the invoice level.
Track the total invoice amount and commissionable amount on orders. The commission paid on an invoice is applied at the total of the commissionable amount averaging the individual line item commission rates.
Daily transactions of invoices can be entered against orders placed using Play & Reach applications.
