ShowroomElite
ShowroomElite is a true real-time, logic-based order processing system ideal for agencies representing multiple product lines and managing multiple sales representatives. With so many time-saving and sales-optimizing features, ShowroomElite turns order-takers into effective salespeople.

ShowroomElite is Brandwise’s flagship application. It spans the entire sales process, including order capture, customer management, paperless order processing, electronic transmission of data to and from sales reps, and in-depth analysis reporting.

Unlike the ‘batch’ systems offered by our competitors, everything the rep needs is already in the system, and continuously updated from the company’s server. That means real-time information on product inventory, customer account status, eligible promotions, minimum shipping requirements and more.

With the ability to review product images directly on the screen, receive notification of inactive or discontinued products at the time of sale and provide the customer with options and assortment details on the sales order (including product descriptions, quantities and prices at the time of sale) your orders will be ‘cleaner’ than ever before.

With ShowroomElite, you will:

  • Display appointments/reminders, orders yet to be completed and future ship orders in an interactive “To-Do List”
  • Conveniently prepare re-orders based on detailed customer history
  • Integrate a digital image product catalog for your customers to review product images at the time of sale
  • Provide your customer with options and assortment details on the sales order including product descriptions, quantities and prices
  • Print detailed product information including UPC information and pictures on your sales orders
  • Receive notification of inactive or discontinued products at the time of sale
  • Transmit sales orders immediately between customers, vendors, and your main office via electronic fax, e-mail or our Web services
  • Create customer mailing lists and call sheets based on city, zip or vendor sales
  • Store detailed customer information from multiple shipping addresses, buyers and vendor account numbers to terms and discounts or credit references
  • Store dated notes on customer providing detailed account activity
  • Consolidate duplicate customers including sales, invoice and commission history using our Customer Consolidation Module
  • Export detailed product information into excel or text files for key account customers
  • Import key account, direct orders via excel spreadsheet or text files providing sales force with complete order history
  • Analyze vendor sales and customer activity year over year, booked vs. shipped
  • Analyze sales by order type, road vs. show vs. direct
