OGDEN, Utah- Salomon USA, a sixty-two year old innovative manufacturer of ski and

with Colorado-based technology provider, Brandwise, Inc. Well known in many industries
for its sales-related software solutions, Brandwise will implement its Visual Merchandiser™
application, part of a suite of integrated technology aimed at speeding up the sales
process and improving the buying experience for their dealer customers through better
merchandising. The application also brings green efficiencies to the sales process
by allowing Salomon to rely less on printed catalogs, and by delivering orders and
proposals electronically.

Of chief concern to Salomon when selecting a technology provider was the speed of

of pictures and product descriptions, and are often shipped multiple times per year
to secure a single order. By automating this process with Brandwise technology,
Salomon’s sales team can write a single order for several retail storefronts, spanning
multiple ship dates and including dozens of coordinated items, in a matter of minutes,
while the customer actively participates.
The technology’s visual nature will also improve merchandising within each order.

‘collections,’ complete with all the colors and styles that make for an eye-catching
retail display, taking the guesswork out of selecting related products on an order”,

use of this technology, while simultaneously reducing catalog printing costs and
