"I can honestly say that [SalesOptimizer] has proven to be an excellent sales tool for our current rep force and a time saver with our internal Inside Sales Department. I always encourage the reps to go to [SalesCapsules] and do a customer analysis before they leave on an appointment to them, or on a road trip… this has been a very positive tool mainly for our rep force who can access that information at anytime, as this program is Internet based. If ever our internal main system ever went down, we luckily have all the information that we would need on Brandwise, this would then serve as a backup tool for us as well.
It is a really easy Software package to train people on. Our lead at Brandwise is excellent and we have a great working relationship. In my eyes, this was an excellent move, as it joined 2 systems we were already using. Brandwise has listened to their clients and updated the features to our advantage. Brandwise has tons of possibilities and I am sure we only use them on the surface – but it is nice to know that the ability is there at anytime.
