So you’ve hired that special sales candidate you’ve been eyeing for the past few weeks. Now, it’s time to train them. Oh boy, not this again! Immediately your mind goes to that unpleasant experience of constantly looking over their shoulder and correcting their work, right? Well, that sounds like it could get annoying, especially if it’s someone who has plenty of experience, but just doesn’t know how your operation or product works or maybe it’s an employee who you’ve had for awhile and thinks they know everything, but you need to teach them about a new update.
